SXSF was established in May 2002. SXSF is transformed into a private company from the forging workshop of Shanghai XinJiang Machinery Factory that is a state-owned company under the leadership of China Astronautic Administration and was established in 1964. It is specialized in the forging of aluminum, brass, titanium and magnesium for more than 40 years.

SXSF owns a 3,700M² workshop. The production ability is consists of five production lines (one 6,300KN hydraulic screw press line, one friction press line and three 3,000KN friction press lines) and some assistant equipment (250Kg and 560Kg pneumatic hammer and 1ton steam hammer, etc.). The annual capacity is about 2.4 million pieces of aluminum and brass parts (this quantity is equivalent to 1,000ton non-ferrous metal).

Based on an astronautic experience for more than 40 years, SXSF keeps the step with the progress of the technology and is dedicated in building an international competitive non-ferrous forging enterprise. SXSF is currently in the leading position domestically in the field of the alloy of aluminum, magnesium, titanium and brass.

SXSF is a director member of Shanghai Forging Association; all the two experts of the non-ferrous forging group of Shanghai Mechanical Engineering Academy Forging Institute are working in SXSF. In 72 employees of SXSF, there 4 engineers, 3 quality engineers, 7 technicians, more than 20 high/middle technical workers. Substantial technical capacity and well-allocated technicians guarantee an energetic development.

SXSF obtained the ISO9002 authentication in 2000. In 2003, SXSF is certified for IS09001:2000 by TüV. SXSF is approved by its customers for its well-established quality control system, well-equipped measuring equipment and high-quality products. The products covering the field of aerospace, aviation, automobile, ship, electrical, mechanical, medical, hydraulic and electrical-tooling. Our customers including Shanghai Volkswagen, Shanghai Astronautic Mechanic/electrical Co., Ltd., NingBo Orient Electrical Equipment Company, Shanghai Dr?ger, Shanghai Hitachi, Fu jian Hitachi, France POK, Shanghai RIBE, etc.
