3S Forging (Shanghai Shine Show Forging Co., Ltd) is a supplier of high quality forging and casting parts for Power Lines, Substations, Optical Cables, Automotive, Fluid Processing Projects (for example oil pipelines), Aerospace Products and Medical Apparatus. It’s a privately-owned limited company with 40 years history in Aluminium, copper, titanium, magnesium forging and casting for Chinese Aerospace Products. With business expansions, 3S Forging has built a 9000Sqm production plant in Jiang Su Province in South China at 2009.

3S Forging has one forging production line of 2500T friction press, one of 1000T, two of 630T, one of 400T, and three of 300T, as well as 250Kg and 560Kg air hammers, 1,000Kg steam hammer and heat treatment equipments.

3S Forging has the capacity for AL sand casting, metal pattern casting and gravity casting.

Additionally, 3S Forging has a CNC machining center, CNC lathe as well as some auxiliary equipments to make forging and casting tooling. The annual production capacity is about 10 million parts (equivalent to an amount of 5,000T non-ferrous metals).

3S Forging received ISO9001:2000 certificate by TüV. It is driven by reliable products and creative solutions. Its power line hardware are produced in accordance to international standards. Numerous Power Line Hardware and copper forging parts of 3S Forging are exported to Germany, Austria, Australia, United States and France.

3S Forging plant has set New Standards in Quality in some Countries, for various products taking over from Castings from the past, with their high quality AL forgings, to International Standards.
